Five checks before anyone walks onto your unit
Arizona programs carry the responsibility for every staff member on shift. We do the work up front so your files are clean on survey day.
Interview
A structured interview with real floor scenarios: a resident in crisis, a refusal, a peer conflict.
Clearance
Valid Arizona DPS fingerprint clearance card confirmed, plus background and reference checks.
Health
TB screening on file and current CPR and first aid certification.
Training
De-escalation, trauma-informed care, documentation and a youth or adult track.

Placed by population, shift and program type, with your site orientation before the first shift.
